Ping and Williams warm-up to throw-down
Cotter Track and Field competed in their third meet of the season last Thursday at Plainvie-Elgin/Millville (PEM).
Lauren Ping and Aubrey Williams warmed up together for the 1600. Ping won the 1600 in a 5:07, the second fastest time in the state of Minnesota for the season and Williams placed fourth with a time of 5:49.
Williams will compete at PEM again on Tuesday, April 23rd. Lauren Ping’s next meet will be the Hamline Elite Meet at Hamline University, where the best high school track athletes in the state of Minnesota compete.
