This is the first in a series of interviews conducted by Cotter students after participating in a workshop with John Seigel Boettner of Santa Barbara Middle School TEEN PRESS.  A documentary, also titled TEEN PRESS, about John and his program was featured at this year’s Frozen River Film Festival.  With assistance from John and festival organizers, including Crystal Hegge and Kathy Florin, students had the chance to speak to directors and people featured in a number of films.
