Elizabeth is a junior with a loving family who enrolled at Cotter as a sophomore. Elizabeth has also attended Rollingstone Middle School and Winona High. She plans to pursue a cosmetology associate degree and earn a trichology license, which is the study of hair loss. Elizabeth has an identical twin Kathryn, and an older brother LeeRoy. Elizabeth  had an unusual blood disorder that required a bone marrow transplant when she was 3.  She met her donor in Minneapolis at a gala. Elizabeth's donor's name was Ingo. He is from Munster, Germany, and was flown into Minneapolis by Be The Match to meet Elizabeth. Elizabeth currently works in the aftercare program at St. Nicholas after school.
