Ilya is an international student at Cotter who came to school in 2018 as a sophomore. In his time here, he has played several sports, including ice hockey, which is a combined team with Winona High. He is passionate about delivering news to people and this is why he has joined the journalism class for his senior year. Ilya pays a lot of attention to what is going on in school and he hopes to deliver quality material to the Cotter community through The Cotter Chronicle.
