Heading into the Homecoming game, the football team is 3-3 in conference play. They have posted wins  over Kingsland, Hayfield, and Medford in the season opener.

This Friday , Oct 13, the Ramblers take on Southland Rebels who are 2-4 in conference play.

“Our goal for Friday’s game is as a team to get fewer than 5 penalties and give 100% for the whole game” said junior corner back, Austin Hicks.

A homecoming victory is not only in the players mind but in head coach Seth Haun as well.  “I am excited about our running game. We have done a good job this year moving the ball on the ground, and I hope we can continue this trend. It also helps with ball control and limiting the opponents opportunities” Coach Haun said.

A big key to the game for the football team is limiting turnovers, hoping to result in a homecoming victory.  The game is also important for setting the team’s post-season opponent.

A tailgate party will be held outside the stadium beginning at 5:30 and game time is 7:00.
