Hunter Duellman poses on the finished bullpen mound at Cotter’s baseball field. David French put in the new mound, the helmet rack and bat rack in the dugouts.  The mound was constructed as part of French’s Eagle scout project and will be ready for use in the upcoming 2017 season.
