Gaia is an international student from Italy. She came to Cotter earlier this fall, because he wanted an “American experience.” She joined theater to try something new as well as expanding her friend group and bringing something new to the table.
Everyone in theater has had a whirlwind of emotions with the fall musical, Little Shop of Horrors, done and the senior’s that had their last musical performance at Cotter.
Gaia played a supporting character, “Skip Snip,” and was part of the chorus throughout the play. She brought everything she had to the table and did an amazing job. It was an honor to work with Gaia in the play.

“I loved being around new people,” Gaia said about the experience. “I joined theater because of how passionate I am about singing and I’ve never done it before, not even in Italy.”

“Her performance during the Musical was magnificent,” Mia Espadas said.
“The play was cool and Gaia did a really good job,” Ben Burch, Cotter senior, said.
