Convocation, the annual sign of a new school year brings  mixed feelings; excitement and disbelief that summer is already over.

This year, Cotter welcomed over 100 new students from the international community and the Winona area alike. Sister Judy opened the convocation with words of wisdom for both students and teachers.

Mr. Forney and Mrs. Fitch then outlined expectations for each and every Cotter student in attendance.

“We have high expectations from you because we know you’re capable,” Mrs. Fitch said.

There’s a lot to look forward to for the 2018-19 academic school year, especially  for t seniors who have experienced their last Cotter High School convocation, and for those who have experienced their first.
